We had a main drain pipe clogged with tree roots. We didn’t know this but Mike came with all the right tools. He found the problem and solved it very quickly. He was professional. I’ll definitely call him again.

Simply put....I reached out @ 3:30am this morning and John answered the phone. Our sump pump broke down and the basement was starting to flood. He was at our house within 45 mins and installed a new pump for us! Felt bad waking him up,tho. Superb service and very easy to deal with. Will use them again.

Mike and John are top-notch in my book. Called on a Friday night with a clogged main drain. Saturday morning, they’re at my house with all the right tools, experience, and knowledge. As it turns out, tree roots were the cause. Some 50’ to 75’ out to the street. These guys were awesome, no games, no ridiculous price gouging, and spot-on service! I’ll be using there services again when needed. Peace of mind!

Purchased a foreclosure “as is” and it had a plethora of issues with the drains somehow it almost like the previous owner ran a barber shop out of his bathtub and scraped leftovers down the kitchen sink.. I tried many things to fix it myself but, not being a plumber I couldn’t quite get it to fix. Basically the tub and kitchen sink were practically not usable and some other issues were present but these two bothered me the most. Called these guys out and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Mike was awesome and solved the problem quickly and it didn’t cost me an arm and leg. Will use again if anything arises down the road.

Recently, it became obvious that the main drain from the house to the septic tank had become clogged. Calling around, we were quickly led to John and Mike Shea, a father-and-son team who operate DrainPro. They both came here about an hour after we called, diagnosed the situation, ran their power snake and a short time later the drain was flowing again. They also went the extra mile by opening up the septic tank and making sure the drain was OK at that end. They recommended pumping the septic tank and referred us to a pumpout guy who came the very next day. John and Mike are both professional and very friendly, and they were respectful of our home. If a drain gives us trouble ever again, they'll be the first call we make.

John, the owner of this business is wonderfully kind and knowledgeable. I had what I believed to be a major issue in my house after returning from vacation in the late evening. At 7AM on a Sunday he talked me through it and talked me off the ledge. Would highly recommend! Thanks again

Mike and John came to our home for an emergency situation and unclogged and descaled our main pipe. Their pricing was so fair and the quality of work was amazing. Would highly recommend this company and will be saving their card for future plumbing needs.

These guys came out in the middle of the night and I'm talking 11: 30 PM/12:00 AM, to help us with a leaking washing machine. They got the job done fast, my dog got a ton of love and attention, and they were completely reasonable for an emergency call. Everything is working perfectly! I'm truly grateful.
